Default Gnome wand and scroll mastery bugged?

I made a fighter gnome with umd with the idea of self healing with scrolls/wands. However when i reached lvl 9 i tested heal scrolls and found no difference in amount healed between maxed wand/scroll mastery and base amount healed. It was 143 hp healed on both accounts in my case.

It may be bugged--one of my friends was complaining about this as well, but in his case it was really erratic, and he was playing a deep gnome.

Bug report it--that's the best way to get attention to this stuff.

I just tested it on my gnome artificer--

0 ranks in gnome WS Mastery, heals 157
1 ranks in gnome WS mastery, heals 157

Heal is a good test for this because it always hits for exactly the same amount of healing unless you have some kind of boost going.

Yep thats how i tested it aswell, I've already sent a ticket in game and a bug report through the site, just wanted to give a heads up to other players who might be considering something similar.

Wow, okay. I suppose I can recoup some points from wand and scroll mastery then. lol I just went ahead and did a couple of tests too. Same thing, there is no difference in the amount healed. Maybe they meant the difference was in the test to see if you could heal? lol

There was an issue like with the sorc tree at one point and it led to finding out sorc wand and scroll mastery was actually boosting spellpower rather than scrolls.

I'll have to test if this is an old bug making it's way back into the game.

If it is boosting spellpower, what spell power and how much? Best way to get the bug fixed is to make good use of whatever it DOES give you.

in the case of sorc it was all spell powers by a bunch 75% I think. I still haven't tested this but will.

has anyone tested this since the recent patch that said it has been fixed? Lazy to make 1 just to test it, could someone running a gnome confirm?
