Need 2 melee builds for past lifes

My friend asked me to find him 2 builds to level from levels 1-30

Requirements


10 Paladin on the first build for PL
10 Fighter on the second build for PL
THF if possible
self healing
good dps
survivable enough
Not Iconic(i told him bladeforged he said no :/)

For 2H paladin, a pure build works fine, unless your friend wants something more "exotic," e.g., rog splash for trap skills (+30% XP FTW). Start with the build repository:

Fighters, OTOH, are...not great these days. You can do a traditional pure Kensei, but DPS & survivability are worse than pure pally or barb. So I would probably look into something MCed, either for better DPS or survivability bonuses (e.g., Kensei Warpriest). If he's not wedded to THF, he can do something with Swashbuckler or rogue.
