Lag, my only obstacle from triple completionist

Folks, I'm on lives 87-88 of 93 past lives. This lag since the update to the new data center is deplorable, even by the standards of DDO, which is the laggiest game I've ever played.

Don't get me wrong I love the cahracter creation, several quests and a lot about this game, but this very downgraded playbaility is starting to take a toll on me. I've spent a LOT of money on this game. It is my hope that the team can resolve this issue before I have my fill of the lag.

I thought the weird lag and rubberbanding was on my end.
So this is something everyone is experiencing.
It does make for frustrating gameplay.

Anyone have a way to alleviate this? Change of settings maybe?
