    Default Lost a ton of items, and a bank slot to bug

    Hi,

    I was emptying out my tr cache recently, and found out that apparently a bunch of my items were destroyed while I was emptying it out, as well as apparently one of my bank slots



    What I was doing was putting my items from my tr cache into my bank, dragging fairly quickly because I just wanted to fill it up. I didn't notice items not actually appearing in it until I dragged a heroic otto's box into what looked like an open slot in my bank and then not appearing.

    I looked through both tabs of my bank, but ended up not being able to find it. I closed out of the bank and reopened it to see that it said 40/40 slots filled, but there still clearly being a spot open. I tried dragging a [useless] item into it from my inventory and got a message saying that my bank was full.

    After looking at my bank account, there are a number of items missing, but three in particular that were worth quite a bit.

    There was at least:
    1 Heroic Otto's Box
    1 Epic Otto's Box
    1 Large Ingredient bag with a bunch of old shards/seals, including a ton of desert/von shards and seals

    I filed a ticket in game and the GM closed it automatically and said that it required further investigation. I have no idea how many items were lost in this, but I would really like reimbursement for the 2 boxes at least. If the bag can't be recovered.... well there are a number of complete SSS items in there and it is literally priceless.

    How long should I expect to wait before hearing a response from whoever is higher up than the GMs? I just want whatever items I lost back, but the three above are by far the most important

    The message I recieved after being instantly closed was:

    "The issue you have reported requires additional research and is being escalated for further review. We will contact you if we need additional information to investigate the problem, or if new details can be provided about this issue. At times, research can take several days as the In-Game Support team often works with other departments to find the appropriate resolution to your issue. Please be patient while we work to resolve this issue for you."

    Is this something that can be fixed? And how long should I expect to wait before even hearing about this again? This is a pretty devastating loss, and there have been a couple of tickets that have been closed automatically that just end up going by the wayside.

    I hope you get your stuff back but don't get to upset if you don't get it all back but hopefully at least you will get back the otto boxes. as to a time table who knows and they may not even say anything to you but they will do the best they can

    Check the Buyback option at a vendor.
    Sometimes destroyed items appear there.

    Already checked that. Nothing there.

    I tried taking a screenshot of the message I get when I try to drag an item into the bank, but I can't apparently while the message is up. The message is "All inventory slots are full!"

    This bag had at least the following in it:
    1 SOS Shard
    2 SOS Scrolls
    1 ROSS Seal
    2 Chaosblade Shard
    1 Chaosblade Seal
    1 Torc Shard
    1 RoSS Seal
    1 Full Eclaw set, and half of a second one (missing the bracers shard, and the 2 scrolls)

    ....and a bunch of other stuff, most of which I can't remember. This is my old school ingredients bag, filled to 80/80 of old shroud and epic ingredients, which I didn't sell after quitting this game 4 or so years ago.

    Apparently I can't even edit my posts in here, but that's the very least that I remember that was in it. I have a couple of spares spread through my other bags, but this was my dedicated epic character back in the day, and he had almost every decent shard/seal/scroll I owned on him.

    Have you tried moving around gear in bank / inventory; sometimes there are items over items. Have you tried chatting with house K representative to see if she allows you to access other Bank tabs. Consider purchasing extra bank tab to see if anything is there.

    Also iirc it is not possible to drag stuff directly from cache to bank. Check the bottom of your TR cache, the missing items might be still there.

    You answered that^ question in your own follow-up post:

    That's a much more positive sounding reply than most folks report getting. Give em a couple days and see what they come up with.

    I haven't tried buying a new slot yet, I'll try to get the second tier later whenever ddo goes back up. Nope, very possible to drag directly to the bank. If you double click it goes straight into your inventory, but as long as you're dragging you can put things in the bank. It's come in handy when emptying it out for trs haha. I investigated the old inventory glitch that people had, but it looks like it might be something different since I could take things from my cache into the bank (but then apparently they just disappeared). Since logging out and logging back in, I can't seem to put anything in that slot anymore and now it says 40/40.
