Hey,
I recently ER-d my ranger, and i had this T5 perk before applying +5 dmg when toggled, i did take this on the new build as well, but it stopped applying at least due to the inventory display/feedback gui.
Anyone has the same exp with this?

It's not showing on the Inventory screen, but I've just spent 20 minutes playing with it and the training dummy and the damage is increased when active. Looks like it's a display bug only, can't remember if it did use to show on the inventory screen though.....
