Does the +20% effect what I get for a Otto's stone? I know normal VIP does. And will it buffed the 100kxp stone if I take that?

But it does affect wilderness xp right? Or saga?
Bought my first dungeon master's guide in 1992. My favourite part of ddo is coffee and slayers

how about... you do the saga quests and enjoy getting more XP for completing the quests, and get the saga XP on top of that anyway? This is going to sound a tad cranky now, but... there is a bonus, be happy about it, go for it, and don't try to squeeze even more out of it. Did the worlds shut down? I was running the event in house p then could not get back in. there was no notice. I could not use bank . logged out. got message he was saved. so I quit logged out. returned. then got the same message.
