Default Which type of spellpower is poison damage based on?

    See title.

Sure, could test myself, but if anyone knows anyway, I'd appreciate an answer.

I remember some dev saying that it's based on Poison Spellpower and only a couple mobs have that at the moment.

So can I only increase it through potency and generic crit chance?

Insidious spores and shiradi procs. Trying to figure out if fiddling a potency item into my setup makes sense.

Spores might be similar to meteor swarm though, as in that it is effected by whatever spellpower is higher that can be applied (which would probably be repair for the non poison part).

Any chance you could post your item setup Eth? It would be interesting to see what you use for your Shiradi.

    Helmet: Epic Deific Diadem
    Neck: Epic Noxious Embers
    Trinket: Planar Compass
Cloak: +6 Int skill, Balance of Land and Sky GS Cloak
    Belt: Epic Chord of Reprisals
    Boots: Orcish Privateer
    Gloves: Arcane Soldier
    Ring1: Lantern
    Ring2: Con12, Light Resistance 55
    Bracers: Dissolution
    Armor: Celestial Sage
Goggles: Cha skills, Int skills, Int skills LGS

    Weap1: Epic Rod of Mythant
    Weap2: Golden Orb of Death
    Swap-In: LGS Vacuum

Current thought is replacing Armor with insightful force armor and helmet with Boundless, and resulting from that the boots for blessed travels to get dodge back.
Costs me quite some defense with 13PRR, 7 saves and 50% fire absorb, but might be worth the offensive gain.

    Default Poison spell power?

I tried buffing Creeping Doom (http://ddowiki.com/page/Creeping_Doom) damage, but only thing I found affecting it was Maximize+Empower.

I do not think I had universal spellpower item/effect to play with at the time. Might be worth it to check it out.
