Still stuck in bridge between

Hi

I've been sitting in the bridge between having reincarnated with a lesser heart of the wood and there's a bug. Should have 6 levels of experience to work through, but every time I try to level up the life-shaper tells me I don't have enough experience. I've submitted in-game ticket - twice. Got told "GMs watching and will deal with it when you're online." I've been sitting online for hours and still no one comes. I'm at a loss as to what to do. It's really frustrating. HELP please!

Did your ever figure your way out? I have a TR stuck there also, put in ticket. They told me I had to use the new ticket button in the help menu, if I don't have the button, then I'm not VIP, so help is limited. I have 3 months left on my subscription and there is no button. I put in another ticket, telling them I did have subscription, they are not replying. Anyone know what I can do to get the Character out of there with out XP?
