When determining who to send bags to, we went by actual join date, not what is displayed on the forums.

I am pretty sure all of us in beta had to have a forum login to track bugs. The migration may have messed that up for a few.

I don't know if I was on the list or not. What I do know is my address wasn't in MyAccount. So I r sad.

I had my old address and if it's by join date I guess I should have got one (01/14/2006) but I doubt if they forward mail after 2 years me so sad

Congrats. I was closed beta, headstart and even player council. Cannot even be told if I was considered.

We also have had *issues* with our local postman. Leaves wrong stuff at our place, ours at other places, etc.

I liked the *surprise!* aspect of the sending, but now that it's out it would be a good thing to follow up the send with an email/PM to the recipient listees to expect the delivery. That way if it's gone amiss, they know to have it looked for.

Emphasis on private communication. No need to publicize a list to rub sand in the wounds of those who missed the list.

So I collect and catalogue officially licensed D&D bags and dice, and I'd love to trade for or buy this set of bag and dice.
I know... it's been years and years, so my chances are very slim (especially considering there were only 500 sets).

Not sure if I can post a link here, but I have a great document about the history of licensed D&D dice, including a ton of promotional sets across the years.

Looking, these seem to be Chessex Gemini Red and black 20s and Opaque Red 10s? Can whoever put this gift set together confirm?
It looks like the 1st set of DDO dice (this is the second) also shipped Chessex dice; for the dice historians out there, this is of particular interest because TSR and WotC didn't partner with Chessex for any of their other releases, opting for many of their competitors during that time frame, Crystal Caste and D&G, Koplow and Dan-Tern, to name a few.
