Lost an item due to server crash

Any hope of getting the remnants or the flask back? or do I need to contact someone else?

You know, it takes a long time to get 10000 mysterious remnants ...

Description:
I had traded 10,000 "Mysterious Remnants" for and "Eternal Flash of Deathward" just a few seconds before the server crash. I no longer have the Flash,or the Mysterious Remnents. I've check my character inventory, the bank inventory, shared bank, and the crafting storage, and the remnants are gone ... Can I get Mysterious Remnents back?

Same thing happened to me but with something that's purely frivolous so I feel bad asking about it any further, but if you have the time I'd really appreciate the winter wolf pup I lost from the server reset. I was reimbursed the tp I spent on sparkles, so I feel like my claim to a replacement winter wold pup is sort of weak :/

Description:
I received a winter wolf pup certificate from cordovan and purchased blue sparkles which I used on said pet shortly before the server went down. When the servers were reopened, my pet was completely gone from my stable, it wasn't in my inventory, and wasn't in my mailbox (though the letter cordovan sent with the winter wolf parcel attached remained in my mailbox, empty). The sparkles are gone as well as they were in my winter wolf's gear. I can provide the receipt from my sparkles purchase in my email, and can take screenshots of my stable and the empty letter from +cordovan if requested. I would rather not take screenshots of my stable as I have 34 pets, but will of course do what I must to get my winter wolf pup back.

The golden dragon known as Alkaid returned my pup to my arms \o/ nice and sparkly wolfos is going to stay with me now. Major props, will need time to think of lyrics for The Ballad of Alkaid.

Evidently a number of people on a number of servers had items they lost.

One of my guildies was told that nothing could be done by one of the people of the Sarlona server.

What is that? Nothing can be done? Meh.

A few years ago, i was server jumping, and noticed that in one server a few of my pets and items were missing too, and Nice Guy Alkaid helped me too via email.
Best Roleplay ever, and i sure hope he laughed as much as i did while writing responses.
