    1. Technical support is unable to read general discussion. Continue to post and discuss a technical issue is a fruitless undertaking that will result in no solution.
    2. Since you were never going to ask for it to be moved into the proper place on the forums to be helped, I decided to try to get the issued in front of the people that would be able to assist you.
    3. Cordovan could have elected to not move it if he did not agree with the request, given that the request was granted, you can draw your own conclusion.

Want to know the difference between this and the lag threads?
    1. The request for feedback were made on the general discussion indicated it was being heavily monitored by Cordovan and other devs to see what others are experience in lag.
    2. The store is a singularity that deals with a very specific issue. A work around would be required by a tech support specialist as has been indicated with the fact that LOTRO eventually received one. Then again LOTRO has a much larger staff than DDO and has since LOTRO launch.

Take offense, I am used to being hated.

You forgot to mention how a GM is supposed to help with this issue since this is where you requested it moved? Cordovan could have moved it day 1 if he wanted to, since he posted twice in the thread already. It wasn't moved till you requested it. We both know how forums work and where favoritism goes, so don't act like you are innocent. There is no specific place in this whole forum for the thread hence the reason it was being posted in general forums. Keep telling yourself that a GM could have handled the issue. If that was so, it would have been solved long ago.
Keep telling yourself that lag threads belong in general forums also, since they are a technical issue like this one. Just because the store closing doesn't affect you, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. So go do your paladin job and start requesting all those other threads be moved.

Again, you justify that technical support cannot read general forums? That is the stupidest justification you make, when a "guest" can read general forums.
You have no idea what being hated and taking offense is. I don't hate you and I didn't take offense at you for what you did. I feel sorry for you. Sorry for the type of person you are. If anything, I feel pity towards you.

Guests are not employees, employees have responsibilities which prevent them from "visiting" other areas not assigned to them. Keep bringing the personal attacks, they are warm and fuzzy.

And you know this how? I'm sorry you take my pity for you as a personal attack. It is what it is. As for the other stuff, truth is never an attack, so I know you are not referring to that.

Again, you side stepped the question of how moving this thread to a GM help only forum will get this solved since a GM can't help?

I completely understand though why you won't answer it. But I'll be the person you could have been and just ignore you from this point on.

I side stepped the question? I asked to have it moved to Tech support, Cordovan chose which one. I answered that before you even answered. Ask Cordovan why he chose this one and stop treating me like trash. Again, Cordovan could have elected to not move it; however, it was moved.

Is it really necessary to make a daily report on this?

I'm sure for him it is. You never know the store just might all of a sudden start working for everyone who it's broke for. Better to keep turbine informed of the issue here in this thread. I'm sure they would be upset if it was fixed all of a sudden and nobody told them.

I check this thread more or less daily, just to see what the status is. It's quicker and easier than logging into the game, so I appreciate the updates.

Just a Note, it appears Turbine does not do updates on Friday, Saturday or Sunday - unless it is game breaking. And while I agree it is frustrating I don't think this makes the game breaking list.

Based on this an update on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be the same as your result on Friday Morning.

When I originally made this thread, it was during the TP sale at the time. I was going to get the 199.99 pack to stock up on some otto boxes. I couldn't do it.
If you call not being able to give turbine my money not game breaking, I call you wrong.

I then wanted to get TP this last weekends sale and get some otto boxes I missed then also. Sadly, that is another 199.99 I couldn't spend on the game. But it's not game breaking? Now imagine this happening to all the other people not being able to spend there money on this. But it's not game breaking?

Even if Turbine doesn't update the game on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I would love to see daily updates to this thread from players who actually login to see if this "problem" fixes itself through some miracle or divine intervention.

Of course somebody from turbine could maybe update us on this. I know how busy you are Cordovan and you already informed me before about it, but others might want to know. You did reply about the "forum search" today, and I'm sure the "forum search" isn't as important as the actual "ddo store".

I in no way was trying to "belittle" the issue. "Game Breaking" indicates that this effects everyone and while this is an issue that needs a resolution or at least some acknowledgement it does not stop a person from playing, in this case it stops you from spending. This would seem to be something that hits Turbine's bottom line. It does not matter how much a person wants to spend $1.00 or $1,000.00 if they can't then its a problem.

They should come up with a resolution and maybe comment about it, and if anything look at how LOTRO is solving the problem.

Yeah, that's why I've been patient with it. I know they will have more TP sales eventually and otto boxes will always be back. And when this is fixed, I'll get to purchase what I wanted is all. I just figured from a money point of view, there would have been more communication about the issue from the people working on it besides a post when this first happened long ago.

I've had enough. I think I've been both fair and patient..

I'll now be filing (3) complaints with the eastern massachusetts better business bureau on the grounds that my purchases are unusable and my requests for an update regarding that unusability have gone unanswered for nearly 40 days.

This is a total scam and a ripoff.

The BBB is not a Government agency, and all they really do is forward the complaint and make a note in their files about it. I usually complain to my state attorney general's office, which has a consumer complaints form. Not that I feel this justifies that, it hurts Turbine far more than me.

Filing a consumer complaint is the next step if the complaint cannot be resolved since I have fruitlessly contacted the seller and contacted WB.
    https://www.usa.gov/consumer-complaints#item-35237

File a Complaint About Online Purchases

If you have problems during an online transaction, try to work them out directly with the seller. If that does not work, file a complaint with:

    Your consumer protection agency.
    The Better Business Bureau (BBB).
    The Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
    Your state Attorney General.
Econsumer.gov, if your purchase was with a foreign retailer.

If you made your online purchase using your credit card, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company.

And when he is informed by agencies that while upsetting it is not a scam because of how the End User Licensing Agreement is written, will he feel justified?

Reminder. He has been communicated with by Turbine, by his own admission from a submitted Tech ticket.
