    Default Throwing Axe not working with Improved Precise Shot

    Please fix! This is terrible! Thrown weapons almost need IPS!

    It doesn't even do a damage roll. Nothing happens to the mobs.

    Any timeline for a fix to this. I just lesser'd into an Throwing Axe build without reading your known-issues list.
