Reapter build. does aa tree work with it?

Trying to make a repeater build. Its already got 4 arti and is human. The arti tree's kinda blow so the only thing im eyeing is fausade.

Of course rog is a no brainer with SA dmg but I was wondering how much of the AA tree worked with a repeater. For instance would the elemental dmg apply to the bolts? I know with my monkcher pal build I get about 150 dmg an arrow after gear is applied.

So pending on what worked Id probably toss maybe 4 ranger there with 12 rog. Pretty sure the split layout of rog would net better returns then a 14 pally split.

The short version:

• Works, probably WAI: AA special atks work with repeaters (and thrown weapons): i.e., True Strike, Inferno Shot, Dispelling Shot, Shattermantle Shot, Arrow of Slaying. So do static bonuses inc. capstone's +20% Doubleshot.
• Works, probably not WAI: Primary imbues can be applied to bolts & thrown weapons; most likely a bug since it requires a work-around (equip bow & arrow, activate imbue, switch to bolts or thrown weapon, imbue lingers). Enjoy it until it's bugfixed / nerfed.
• Only works with short-/longbows: secondary imbues and Enhancement bonuses from the cores, Soul Magic, Moonbow, Runebow.

Do repeaters work with the deepwood stalker enhancements? Special attacks and bonuses? Thx

AFAIK, all of the ranged atks, Doubleshot bonuses, etc. in DWS apply to xbows & thrown weapons. It's why DWS is one of the better options for, say, shuriken builds.

Nice, think i'll switch out a feat for light repeater prof and have a go with "Needle". I switched out of Div Crus to Dread last night and am having a hard time keeping blitz up with a bow... this may solve that issue.

I've been thinking that if you're not going with Mechanic, one of the better repeater builds might be rgr 6 / pal 14: Holy Sword + DWS + Harper, basically, with anything from AA you can afford which boosts DPS. Adding GTWF also adds a decent melee backup.
