a) Remove enhancement tree specific abilities from random loot. There's a lot of assasinate items going on and not nearly enough assasins. Assasinate is a very specific ability: keep such to specific named items. I don't mind their power level. Just like there is no 'turn undead' dropping at random (which is a two class and not a single tree tier 5 ability!) there should be no assasinate.
b) Seperate caster weapons from fighting weapons. Furthermore, seperate ranged weapons, melee weapons and shields. Those things should NOT share tables. They should definatelly share a bunch of suffixes/affixes that are universal but there are some things that simply make no sense unless hand made. Note of importance: the power of random (non caster) weapons has fallen immensely in the epic tiers. That is not necessarily a bad thing as in epic you wouldn't want something as important as your weapon to be random anyway. The power of low level random weapons and especially level 1 on the other hand has increased dramatically. That is not necessarily a bad thing as you would usually use random weapons at low levels. I like this but really doubt it was on purpose, rather an accident. So if some twinking is made on weapons, do not change this.
