    Default Shiradi: Offensive Spells

What constitutes offensive spell-casting? Is grease, sleet storm, etc offensive? Is the qualifier damage, saves, or what?

It's any spell that deals damage, including spells with a damage component. Some spells can have multiple procs like magic missile or meteor swarm. Something that is primarily cc but also deals damage also counts, like evards black tentacles.

    No, they're party buffs.

After doing some testing on odd spells:
    Sleet Storm procs Shiradi
    Grease does not

And in a surprise to me...
Hypnotism procs Shiradi. Used it, saw the enemy take 2 procs (one over 100, other over 400), and charisma damage, all on a single cast.

Default It doesn't have to do damage.

Mindfog, Solid Fog, Obsuring Mist, Sleetstorm, Sphere of Dancing all have procced Shiradi effect for me.

Even the single target Lock Confuse will proc Shiradi effects. So nice when it's Nerve Venom hahahaha

the mists and fogs do produce shiradi procs as do symbols when you kite things in and out of them ... similar to blade barrier and if you circle kite, you get more procs than just running in and out.

"Bigby's Expressive Digit" is pretty offensive, but I don't think it's in-game atm
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.
