I have a problem. I have a new laptop. Windows 10 intel I7 chip 12 megs of ram. I can get onto some servers on some days. Yet can not get on to a server the next few days in a row. Have uninstalled/reinstalled. Still get 'lost connection to server' message with red symbol.

HELP!
