Looking for a combination of Random Loot effects on certain pieces of gear.

Healing Amplification ~50
Doublestrike ~18
Strength ~14
Deadly ~14
Constution ~14

On:
Neck OR Ring
Goggles
Gloves
Cloak
Belt

3-4 pieces of gear total. Would prefer to not use both of Neck or Ring.

Willing to pay in Plat (prefered), or AS, or both. Don't have a ton of AS though.

You can't have strength, healing amp, constitution and spell power without using a ring slot.

heal amp is gloves only.
spell power is gloves, ring and necklace.
strength is gloves only.
constitution is neck and ring
doublestrike is gloves only
deadly is goggles and gloves

So, heal amp on gloves (suffix)
doublestrike or strength on gloves (prefix) (you've got to choose)

spell power on neck or ring (suffix)
constitution on neck or ring (prefix)

deadly on goggles (suffix)

As for bonus effects: you could get insightful strength on gloves, insightful CON on neck or ring, seeker and insightful seeker as prefix and bonus on goggles.

I know Strength can go on Belt, Boots, Bracers.

So maybe something like:
Belt - Doublestrike and Strength
Ring - Spellpower and Constitution
Gloves - Heal Amp and Armor Piercing
Goggles - Deadly and UMD

This would probably be my preferred setup.
