Is anyone else having Logon Server issues?

I was working fine this morning. Then I got stuck in a loading screen, where it eventually booted me from the game.

Then, when I tried to log back in, it was giving 1 to 20 attempts trying to connect to logon server. I tried this 5 times and then moved to my laptop. On my laptop, at first, it was looking like all worlds were down for about a minute, then I was able to connect. I was going fine, then I got disconnected after another load screen error, and now I am getting the same 1-20 attempt trying to reach logon server on both systems. I have rebooted my router, systems, etc. Same thing happens no matter what server I use. I have also tried using alt accounts.

Is there something broken right now? Is it something on my ISP? I am in CA and I have TWC.

P.S> I don't have any firewall settings on my network.

Having the same problem after getting stuck in a loading screen, funny thing is I can log onto other servers, just not Thelanis

A friend of mine in CA is also having issues logging in, and is lagging in-game (when he was on), on Thelanis.

I've been getting kicked from the server/not being sign into thelanis about 19/20 times. Started about a couple hours ago. I already redownloaded the client and nothing changed.

I'm also seeing issues with the patcher though. Often it's getting stuck on the "loading pre-game logic" or whatever, and taking a couple minutes to change servers from red to green. Anyone else getting this?

Yep seeing the same thing, worlds are down for about a minute, and sticks at loading prereqs, but eventually gets past it.

Im in the Los Angeles Area, was playing from 5 am to about 10 am with no problems, however, i noticed things were laggier than normal (Ie taking 20 seconds to load items in hotbars upon character login), then i lost chat server ..then crashed. Couldn't get back on for an hour. Got on once and it crashed again when i zoned to another area. Been on the phone with NVIDIA because their latest patch was not installing, i thought that may have been been it, but no....downloaded the latest and still have the same problem. Am considering a reinstall at this point.

I have similar problem - when my client is trying connect to patch server, it finished on time out and connection failed. I rebooted laptop as well desktop, restarted rooter, asked my provider check what's wrong. Problem persist after all actions I took.

My loading screen crashes were 1. entering Defiler of Justice and 2. teleporting out of Amrath. Since then I can no longer log into the game with my main character. I managed to get in once on an alt toon, but now I cannot even do that.

Nope still stuck and auth server 1-20 then timed out again

99% DNS issue. Flush your dns, reboot your router. If that fails, switch from your default DNS into a different one like publicdns or googledns temporarily, until DNS cache gets sorted out.

NOPE...still getting the 1 to 20 attempt thing.

It also seems to be getting stuck at the "Installing Pre-Reqs" now for about two minutes. Then it goes to my login. I enter login info...click login and it goes gray. That then takes about 20 seconds for me to have the "Play" come up. (these used to all be pretty snappy (like 1 or 2 seconds).

Just tried to log onto to Thelanis where my char got stuck going to the Marketplace and got timed out after 20 attempts to find logon server. Have a feeling that if you could get to the Marketplace on Thelanis, you would see my char Voltess standing at the guild ship portal, even though I am not logged on. Have seen it before with other people, just have never had it happen to me before.

This is happening to me as well on Ghallanda. I have not been able to get in the game this afternoon. Was able to hop on to Thelanis but when I tried a second toon on the Thelanis server it got stuck at the loading in screen and then timed out on me. I have not tried Ghallanda again yet.

My wife was able to get in on Ghallanda but once she chose her toon and hit play it took 5 or 6 minutes once she hit 99% loading in to finish the load in then about another minute to be able to move on the airship. It normally only takes her 3 or 4 seconds (if that) to be able to move once she is loaded in.
