Defective Reincarnation Effect: You lose one level upon completing the reincarnation from whatever level you are on (Level 30 gets bumped down to level 29, level 2 gets bumped down to level 1!

Defective Heart Of Wood would be an item for running a quest..........

For a reward for running this quest, the man hiring you to see what the heart of wood can do gives you a choice of gear set to the level you reincarnated to.

The quest has no real risk....... it's like a Hall Of The Mark quest kind of thing!

You lose one level, however you also get a single class change option as well as a respec!

So this item would essentially be an inferior +1 lesser heart of wood!

Limitation: Can only use this item once per life

Special items can be gained depending on what level you are after completing the quest by using the Defective Heart Of Wood

Level 1 item example:

This item for example has a randomized exotic weapon proficiency

Yeah, the idea is to make it function virtually the same as a +1 lesser heart of wood with a drawback (Experience loss equal to losing your most recently gained level)
