DDO does not run on Windows 10 Insider builds 11102+

3 weeks ago, Windows 10 updated the Insider fast track to flight 11102, introducing a bug in the graphics stack that prevented many DirectX games from running. Last week, flight 14251 said to resolve the issue, but DDO still does not run. Just updated again today to flight 14257 and DDO still does not run.

After TurbineLauncher accepts your password and world selection, DNDclient comes up with a black window and hangs. Taskmanager shows that the process is not responding, but still taking CPU utilization (~29% on my i5 3450).

The graphics card is an AMD R9 280x, with the current AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition Display Driver version 15.30.1025.1001 installed.

I am on the latest Insider Preview build there is for W10 and it works perfectly fine here.

Are you getting updates slow or fast? Are you on build 14257? I literally updated it 3 hours ago.

Fast, I just updated to the new one like 10 minutes ago and ran DDO. Logged in fine without issues at all
