I'm so sick of noobs like you calling out potions that can be purchased on the DDO store and from the auction houses as "proof of cheating". You act like a jealous noob, you think you know it all yet you know nothing.

I'd like to point out that while repeated use of Gold Seal elixers is not proof of cheating---it certainly points towards it. A person swerving on the road points towards drinking or texting. I am not a noob, and I think that. Please refrain from ad hominem. Sestra is not trolling all of us constantly to keep things honest, but obviously sov pots have nothing to do with the completion time as Lawful rightly points out. It's unfortunate that people have to worry about non-wai features creating false impressions of skill. This is ddo though. The latest form of silly-dilly often has SOMETHING to do with beating the hardest thing in the hardest way. Finding the sillydilly is part of ddo itself.

That's the point of LE HoX or anything else... ...as an achievement. In one way.

I would like to see us try to possibly take HoX the extreme other way as well. Survivor HoX. How long can you stay in there, maintain cc, and kills, b4 you wipe or give up. Not sure if it will be a valid achievement, but it will be fun to try and test the waters at least

I'm going to throw the video up soon... we just didn't want to give away buffs before we had a chance to do a second attempt since there was a fair amount of room for improvement still (as shown by the ~30% reduction of completion time by going again).

As far as answering the nonsense that seems to pop up every single time I post a screenshot here, you can see how op my sovereign pots were in the vid. They definitely carried the group.

Trying to work out how high your Pally's Intim was. I went in there today with 120 and failed on a 17.
Don't tell me- I want to try and play around until I figure it out.

But yes.... you can do it in this amount of time, provided you have abilities from certain classes, and you have a Ph.D. in buffing/debuffing. It helps to have people who are willing to experiment and re-start.

I can't believe you're getting flak for them. This raid is not about healing, it's about coordination, timing, and buffing. I don't think Sovereign pots come into play in influencing the outcome or time of this completion.

You are right, a person swerving on the road does point toward illegal activity, how does this example relate to using potions that can be purchased from the DDO store? If you had used an example like "driving a car points toward being a car thief" it would be relevant to the example of using DDO store potions because both can be stolen and both can be purchased legit. However that would be a ludicrous statment, just as ludicrous as saying "using store potions points toward being a duper". I searched through some old achievement posts, pre duping achievements, to see how many players had DDO store potions on their hotbars. You should take a look.

Sorry Renowned, this is not a derail, the achievements posted by you guys are amazing. Please dont let simple minded people discourage you from sharing with us.

It also points to players utilizing TP to take advantage of more powerful items that are available for purchase in the game store.... because in speed runs every second counts. Please note the 25K TP I have on this account... anytime TP goes on sale, we buy it, to obtain the advantages in game store bought items provide.
