This morning I logged on to my main character, who was on the guild airship. I left to do some questing. A few minutes later I tried to hop back on the ship, to receive an error message stating:
"(Admin): You cannot explicitly teleport to a public instance that doesn't yet exist."
Tried a few times, and it kept kicking me back to the marketplace. I switched to another character that was also on the airship, and was able to load in just fine on that character, but the original character still receives that message when attempting to access our airship.
I submitted a ticket and quested for another hour or so. No response yet, so I logged off. Logged in again a few hours later, still unable to access airship. Apparently about 1.5 hours after I had submitted the ticket, a GM responded, stating the following:
"Thank you for your request for assistance. Unfortunately, we were unable to get to you before you went offline. I am sorry to hear you are having difficulty with your Airship. I have reviewed your help request and it appears you will need to wait 24 hours before trying to access it again. Please instruct any Guild Members to not board the Airship for a day. Please note, the hours of operation for In-Game Support are 10am to 1am Eastern time, seven days a week."
Is this for real? There's NO way I'm going to be able to keep everyone in the guild off of the airship for a full day. There have only been a couple of people on during the day today, but there has still been plenty of time for the instance to reset, several times over. I found a couple of archived threads from years ago talking about this, but I didn't see a solution to this problem.
Edit: I updated our message of the day, but there's no way this is ever going to happen. Initial reaction from most is going to be that this is a joke. Even if I could contact every member, someone is going to forget, or log on an alt that's already on the ship, etc.
