Just tried it. The debuff shows up, the only reason for it to have no effect would be if the dogs don't actually deal physical damage.
25% more damage is quite a bit.

We had an intim tank that was pretty much constantly making small adjustments for that reason. As soon as a dog swings at air we repositioned her to fix it.

I thought that the invulnerability shield was against everything, debuff included. That's why I didn't take them into consideration.

Don't worry, we are not planning to compete with you. Wizza has been making some adjustements to his build to make pug runs possible, the fact he missed some bonuses is quite possible, no need to get offensive about it. Grats, though.

Not really sure how I got all offensive but my bad. I definitely did assume that everyone here was planning on competing since this was a speed run thread in the achievement forums and not a "how to hox" under guides and strategies. I'm always happy to talk in generalities but when I want to give breakdowns about every single buff and debuff I'll throw a post in the forum that is designated for that. It just felt inappropriate for a speed run thread (of a raid that 98% of the time spent in it is only related to buffs and debuffs) to give a full breakdown of all of the buffs and debuffs.

Also, make sure next time to say you just want a "congratz" as reply to your achievements. God forbid people asking something, those are honestly the worst kind of people! BURN THE QUESTIONERS!

Not really sure how I got all offensive but my bad. I definitely did assume that everyone here was planning on competing since this was a speed run thread in the achievement forums and not a "how to hox" under guides and strategies. I'm always happy to talk in generalities but when I want to give breakdowns about every single buff and debuff I'll throw a post in the forum that is designated for that. Well don't need a full buff list. But there was something big that we didn't notice and that was quite clear by the completion time.

after patch 29.1 we found that puppies do much less damage than before it.. probably it somehow connected with "Most non-boss and miniboss monsters in Legendary Elite raids now do somewhat less damage" change in patch
