QoL: Update Mail Service and Interface

Mail:

• Collect All (since have to remove everything to delete – add button to just collect all) (on individual mail - must open to use)
• 'Vendor' (charge 10% - but sells item to vendor for platinum) or 'Relist' (expired auctions) (on individual mail - must open to use)
• Reply: basic mail functionality - the ability to 'reply' to sender
• Multi-send - allow us to send at least five attachments
• Guild mail - Guild Leaders allowed to send mail to all members
• Increase amount of plat that can be sent from 9999 platinum to 99,999 platinum
• Friends list is contacts list (vip: send mail from friends list), allowing better communication
• STRETCH: New API – access to mail (read and send only) from web.
• STRETCH: Icon on character select screen showing which characters have new mail; this feature probably would add a couple seconds to the load time of the character select screen, so an option to disable this feature (or a button to 'check mail' on the character select screen) would probably be a good idea

In preparation for any future Server Mergers {even if the Devs think that's never going to happen} any change to the Mailbox should include FULL Character names incl. Surnames.

Make the chances of players losing their names upon Server Merge lessened.
