    Default Where is Kupper-Nickel?

Shouldn't he be just east of Falconer's Spire in the north side of Marketplace? That's where my map says is the entrance to Sands Of Menechtarun. Nobody's there. Do I really have to spend 10 minutes running the Desert Caravan quest to get there?

He's at the bottom of the stairs now, to the left of the ship tower as you're facing it. They moved him a while back.

Only if you have completed Desert Caravan at least once.
Amossa d'Cannith, Sarlona, casually trying Completionist (12/14) [<o>]
    Almost-never-played-alts: Arquera - Chapolin - Fabber - Herweg - Mecanico - Tenma

I want DDO to be a better game. Those are my personal suggestions on: Ammunition, Archmage, Combat Stances, Deities, Dispel Magic, Epic Destiny Map, Fast Healing, Favor, Favored Enemy, Half-elf Enhancements, Monk Kensai, Monk Stances, Past Life, Potency, Potions, Ranger Spells, Summons, Tiered Loot.

Ah! There are two (not one, but two) points of interest on the city map that say "Sands of Menechtarun". The second one fits your description. Thanks!

You could also use the social panel to find players between lvl 12-14 who are in the desert and ask them the location

Or ask the guild airship navigator to get you to zawabi's refuge.

    Or greater teleport.

I actually never use the guy in the marketplace.
