TurbineLauncher not running

Hi!

Yesterday downloaded the D&D Online (mean TurbineLauncher)
when i click (2x mouse, try run) - nothing happens, the process appears briefly and disappears fast - 0 errors message.

Have:
Windows 10
Laptop ASUS Republic of Gamers type i7, 8GB DDR, SSD...

i off all firewalls
i off all apps who use net
i try reinstall TurbineLauncher
i try use settings admin + windows 7, windows 8
i many time restart system

and still nothing
i try dowoland in steam - its dowoland 100% but when i click "Play" do same "nothing happens, the process appears briefly and disappears fast - 0 errors message."

The correct executable to use is actually called "dndlauncher.exe"--when I use any of the other executables on my system, nothing happens.

The correct is actually TurbineLauncher, not dndlauncher.

Have you tried running it as an admin?
Is TurbineLauncher in the same folder as the rest of the game files?
Have you tried installing in a different directory?

Huh, Faltout is correct. My shortcut points to TurbineLauncher, but the tooltip says dndlauncher. Weird...
