DDO store issue

Hi,

today I had an issue while buying a character inventory upgrade space. I pressed "I", selected "get now!" and bought it for 446 TP (25% discount). I had the TP removed but have not got any inventory upgrade. I've tried to log off without any luck. Also tried to call a DM but I am still waiting by more than an hour.

Please help by giving me the inventory space I do not have yet or by giving back the TP

Transactions seem to be slow today. I bought crafting storage, and it took 15 minutes to get confirmation e-mail. Just loggend in and that storage space is now delivered.

Give it some time and put in a ticket at support.turbine.com if you don't have that space by tomorrow.
It may take some days, but for me the responce has always been very helpful.

Simply there's a delay as you said in the delivery of bought items from store: today I regularly found item on my inventory (and a kind answer to my ticket from DM).
