Where are my astral shards?

A few min ago i bought 30 Astral Shards from the store. You get my Turbine Points but don't give me my Shards. I tried to logout and log in again, but it not fixed the problem

CS_Alkaid is pretty good about strolling thru the forums, but it's probably easier if he has a ticket number to go reference.

Sometimes they appear in your backpack inventory and you have to click on them in your inventory for them to show up.
