Default Loot Pass Breaks Antique Bronze Token Turn-In

I turned in some Antique Bronze Tokens. What a surprise! Out of seven items, only one had any properties. The other six were like the helm, gloves and goggles pictured below. When I went to deconstruct the belt, the only choice was to key it for crafting. Looks like no more clickies or other old loot from there any more. In fact, it looks like you're lucky if you get anything.

This is disconcerting. First rule of time travel: Do something right then never do it again. i.e, don't break what isn't broken. All you zombies... messing with my game!

Default Fixed in Update 29 Patch 1

I had a few more Tokens, so I used them up to get 5 more items. All items were ML 10 to 12, and all had (as far as I can tell) level-appropriate properties. Only one could be deconstructed for essences, a set of Repair +13 bracers.
