Got a few attacks that deal elemental damage where I am not sure if they scale with spell power or not:
  1. Monk special attacks
  2. Monk finishing moves
  3. Stormrage
  4. Storm Dancer/Storm Tempest. I assume these don't because they scale with melee power, but you never know.
  5. LGS weapon effects. Also assuming not on these, because the bonus effects only scale if they are triggered by a spell.
  6. All the other ambiguous effects I forgot.


The main reason I'm wondering is because I have been doing damage calculations for the Legendary feats, and it looks like the elemental damage feats are going to do better damage (for a twf build) than Scion of Arborea or Scion of the Astra Plane if you have 350 spell power or more (calculations were done on a build with 40 doublestrike and 140 melee power (this assumes full stacks of Blitz), dual wielding Lit4 LGS Longswords). If any of these attacks also scale with spell power, I'd have to redo my calculations to include them.
