I purchased a +6 to +7 supreme upgrade tome on character Keorgief - the points were deducted and I received a message it was delivered to inventory but it wasn't there. I tried logging out and back in and didn't get it.
I don't think in-game support helps with this - who do I contact?

Yes it was in my bag. Thank you for pointing that out - I never even considered checking my bag.
