    Default Bug #24027-109384 Turbine QA

    I submitted an ingame ticket on Thelanis about my toon Teazme loosing 9 items in the ASAH. Ticket reply "So sorry about your problem, ticket closed" I submitted a ticket to the WB/Turbine support page, same thing "So sorry about your problem, ticket closed". I replied to the auto email, no response. SOMEONE PLEASE CHECK LOST AND FOUND FOR TOON TEAZME ON THELANIS!

    What am I doing wrong here, wrong forum, wrong type of report, wrong time of the day? All I am getting is crickets. What gives? Is there any customer service or am I stuck in "not my department"?

    I have a job and I cannot call during the few hours the call center is open. Still being ignored by Turbine.

    Turbine customer support has been out sourced to Pakistan. Been over 2 weeks. Still no response. Glad to see nothing has changed at Turbine.

    "Paypal broke!?" Instant fix.
    Player experience broke, crickets.

    After submitting in-game ticket and support website ticket, ZERO response. I am going to buy Fallout 4.
