Default Newly Purchased Product Keys not Working - WB Games Customer Support: #24001-734909

    I purchased 3 product keys:

    Product SKU: DDO-SC-COLLECTORS
Product Name: Dungeons & Dragons Online™: Shadowfell Conspiracy™ Collector's Edition - Digital Download

    Product SKU: DDO-MOTU-STANDARD
Product Name: Dungeons & Dragons Online™: Menace of the Underdark™ Standard Edition - Digital Download

    Product SKU: DDO-Half-Orc
Product Name: Dungeons & Dragons Online™: Half-Orc Pack - Digital Download

I was successful in applying the Shadowfell Conspiracy and Menace of the Underdark keys to my account but was unable to apply the Half-Orc Pack key.
My wife purchased the same 3 products and was unable to apply any keys to her account.

After waiting several hours and trying to apply the keys again we now receive the message:

"You have exceed the maximum number of attempts, please try after 0 Minutes"

Please advise on what the best course of action is to rectify this issue.
    Thanks much.

I had the same problem though after half an hour of trying I was able to get all the keys to work.

It seemed when logging into my account there were options to enter keys while signing in or after signing in. Sometimes one worked and not the other. I had to try the "while signing in" box and the "after signed in" box repeatedly for two of the purchases - one was lucky enough to work the first time.

If it isn't purely random it would be helpful for the devs to figure out which approach works for each purchase and give somewhat more detailed instructions.

I never got locked out - either good luck or because I closed down my account after no more than one try per box and reopened it from scratch.
