Is the Ticket System down or overloaded?

I submitted a ticket a few days back about the 1000 Astral Shards I deposited with the Airship vendor, that went missing after the server restart on the 22nd. Any Idea if you all got my ticket, and if so how long it will be before I get a response?

I submitted a good 3-4 tickets over a week period because of a turbine points purchase that verified but never gave me my turbine points during this triple event and after the tickets and multiple emails still a week later nothing from them at all. probably overwhelmed

4 hrs and 18 mins since I submitted the ticket after trying everything and still waiting. ... Think they are on vacation or swamped with post update bugs.
