Missing Favor Points

On 12/26, I got an in-game mail saying I have been given 100 Turbine Points for reaching 3000 total favor on Cannith.When I check the history in DDO Store, there is an entry for 100 and 25 Turbine Points being added.However, the final balance only shows the 25 Turbine Points being added.I already submitted a support ticket with a screenshot of DDO Store history for this issue, but did not get an email confirmation.Character is Jaque on Cannith.Thanks in advance.

Did not hear back so submitted another support ticket for favor point issue. I still did not get a email confirmation with ticket number and I did check the spam folder. I noticed that I am not getting any emails from DDO for the past few months now, including subscribed forum threads. I did get emails from Xsolla and Digitalriver when I made purchases. Sorry, could I get a confirmation that a support ticket has been created? Thanks.

On a similar topic, I had reached 5400 favor and never received any favor tps. Been a couple weeks now and still nothing.
