Tradable companon certificate not tradable, why?

So I bought a "tradable and auctionable" certificate for my wife from my acoount but I can not trade or auction it. What could be the reason or why are they advertised as "tradable and auctionable" when they are not? The certificate not used, the pet is not added to the stable, it is in the same form as it was delivered from store.

I *THINK* you have to click on it in your inventory, which opens the box which contains the certificate which you can then trade. Or maybe not.

If I click on it the only option I have is to add (or don't) to stable which means the cert will disappear.

Sorry, I got confused. There was a bundle in the store that worked as I described, rather counterintuitive. In your case, I would open a support ticket at support.turbine.com.

Ok, I sorted it out.
Guild chest did the wonder.
Both the certificate and the gear can be put in guild chest and then retrieve it.
