    Default Trying to get help with non- delivered item

    Hi

    Can anyone please help me ? it sems very hard to get things put right.

    I purchased the following (ID omitted):

    "Operation ID XXXXXXXX
    Date 22.12.2015 08:13 (GMT -05:00)
    Item 1 × Upgrade Tome of Supreme Ability (+5 to +6)
    Order Total 4045 Turbine Points

    Thank you for using Xsolla!"

    But i cant see it in my inv. / did not receive. It was extremely laggy today. I tried logging in and out like the issue with night reveals keys. No joy.


    I tried to submit a report/request through the In-store page liked to turbine support ... everytime I submit a ticket the web is displays an error message (I put in my details and last card nos)

    so

    I sent a message to Xsolla saying I havent recived the goods - no reply (eg not even acknowledegement, checked spam)

    so

    I submitted an in-game ticket - was told GMs dont deal with this

    so

    I tried phoning from the UK but all the operaters are busy - waited what seemed like ages - worried about costs!

    IS there any way to actually contact someone who can sort this out? .

    I would like to get my TP back or the tome?

    They sometimes end up in odd places. Check your green bag when the worlds come up.

    Hey, many thanks for the advice - I checked in my bag and I could not beleive it ! I have never seen a tome go into a bag! Just for info - its a clicky with a "barter box" and all the tomes appear in you inv!

    The problems with trying to contact Turbine remain, but I am happy now (until I need some help again!)
