Default TWF melees....what are you putting on your thunderforged?

Just came back not too long ago after a long break from the game, (left pre MOTU) and was wondering what were considered the "best" tier 1-3 effects?

fire/fire or neg/neg damage for 1-2? I know mortal fear is a great tier 3 (even though it doesn't work in legendary).

Thoughts or advice? In theory I would be making a weapon for each hand but realistically I don't think the 2nd one would get to tier 3. (I'm a little bit lazy!)

Depends on the class to be honest, and if you are wielding 2x TF, or a tf+something else.

In my case (Dex Tempest, based on the Divine Cuisinart), I'm using a Tier 2 TF Scim in offhand with Devotion (+150 positive)/Dragon's Edge(35% Armor-Pierce). Still working on getting the ToEE weapon for mainhand. TWF really sees a benefit here as you get a 2nd weapon slot for stats.

Other common combo is 1st Degree (Vuln)/Dragon's Edge.

It would be for a pure fighter.

pretty much always go dragons edge for t2. t3 depends on situation. for bosses and legendary trash, crippling flames. for fire immune mobs, burning emptiness. t1 depends more on class or destiny usage. if ranger or pally or using dc a lot, 156 pos spp is good. if ld barb, id probably go fire damage on crippling flames weapon, and negative damage on burning emptiness weapon.

since you will be wanting to use a toee offhand, 1st degree burns isnt going to help because there is a buggy interaction between vulnerability and elemental vulnerability.

put this in the offhand dude. sure both hands get the same dmg mod and proc chance now, but mainhand is going to have a lot more doublestrike, meaning the better weapon should go there.

pure fighter is awful right now, particularly kensei, particularly compared to other classes right now.
