one character is bugged

I have 6 character slots, i have logged in to 5 of them just fine. Whenever I choose the other one it hangs for a long time then finally loads, but when i finally get in I have a latency warning and cant move or do anything, then it takes about a minute or two and it kicks me out saying it has lost the connection.

Edit - I thought maybe even with the latency I could unequip his equipment but it would not even let me do that. I was hoping there was something on him causing the latency
