Default need help with DIVINE PALE MASTER BUILD

I decided to play iconic hero with my friends tgt
since i only hv sunelf, i planned to make sth interesting on her

The first thing come in to my mind is 11clr/6wiz, a vampire with harm spell and neg energy burst sla for self heal
I planned to take 3 bard lv and go swashbuckling.....(I know melee life is tough...but Idk how to make enough spell dmg in this patch...
Then I find that no T5 in wiz or clr fit my build.....(warpriest hv nice t5....but it is so suck from t1 to t4 for my build)

So I start looking at other classes which so that I can 11clr/3wiz/6xxx with zombie form
with the stupid atk speed penalty...I think bbn fits my build most since a bbn only cleave, cleave and cleave....and atk speed affect less...

Here comes my second life build. (1st life clr)

    11/6/3 Cleric/Barbarian/Wizard
    Chaotic Neutral Morninglord

You are going to have a problem... and a big one. While harm etc. from cleric looks good on paper for healz... it dies quickly in practice. The neg spells do not initially target you. Cast heal, you are the primary target then whatever you have targeted second. Harm, primary is any mob then it does not target you at all unless you specifically select yourself as the active player. Which means you heal yourself you have to select yourself (wait for lag, same as quick draw speed) then cast harm on yourself. You will find yourself dead a lot.

Been there done that... very painful.

Yep, on paper it seems excellent but in practice... not really.

I think the saddest part is that the Mass Inflict SLA in Divine Disciple's T5 slot does not heal you, despite the fact it says it can. At least that was the case last time I checked.

In my honest opinion you're better off with 7 Wizard and 10+ Cleric for the (Lesser) Death Aura + Double NegBurst.

I'm not sure I'd run barbarian in this build. The first reason I'm somewhat ignorant on the details of - according to the wiki, barbarian rage prevents the casting of spells using a command word. I'm not sure which ones these include and would have to do some testing, but it'd be a shame if harm / neg burst are among them.

Second and less importantly, one of the main reasons people like barbarian is for its self-heals, which use positive energy. The barbarian healing isn't as good for FB as for Ravager, so you're not losing quite as much from zombie form as you would if you primarily used the latter tree, but it still doesn't quite click with me.

You might think about doing an Acrobat splash instead - that gives you better mobility, PRR, evasion (unless you were thinking of running in medium or heavy armor), trapping, and offsets your attack speed penalty.
