Issue buying tome

I usually have expected for last day of week (thursday)for december deals, to decide if i buy something considering points and active deals and take the best choice for points i have. Yesterday (December 17) i was expecting the new release for deals, but it was the day for u29 release too (with known issues about world games down) and I couldn't make my buy. Today (december 18th) i checked for upgrade tome +5 to +6 tome and it was with discount i wanted (50%, 522 tps). But, when i bought it took 1045 tps from my account, so i couldn't perform nothing else. I need to know if i'm getting the price shown, or, at least, a buy cancel, cause i wanted to use the chance to buy the tome with discount

Sorry about double-post if it's penalized. Just wanted to know if i'm getting any answer/solution for my issue BEFORE the end of december deals. Thanks by the way
