My launcher is not working so I have uninstalled the game and tried to re-download it from the official page. But the webpage just saying "the page cannot be displayed", meaning there is no response from DDO server. Please help.

Hey Shunlee! Just read something about uninstalling Akamai. Going to try it, see if it works. Will post here to let you know how it goes.

GZ. But I cannot even get the file from DDO official page to reinstall by clicking on that page. So hope Stoner81's files can help me.

Hello Cordovan. The page is displayed correctly but when I click on the download button (left one) on that page. A message comes up saying "this page can't be displayed".

Update 29 ... Couldn't access game ... solution
Here is how I got game to work:
1. Go to file explorer for turbine, dungeons and dragons
2. Use uninstall in ddo files
3. go to control panel -> programs
4. Uninstall ddo, will say already uninstalled
5. Uninstall Akamai
6. Restart computer
7. Go to official ddo download site
8. Download and save to desktop
9. Install from desktop
10. allow installer to download etc. like a fresh install
Got me in, hope this helps someone

Oh, and if it asks where game client executable is, will open ddo file. Select dndclient.exe
