huh? WHat exactly is a "Legendary reincarnation"? Where do I get Legendary Hearts of wood?

So if a dev could tell me why heroic lev 1-20 epic lev 20-28 and legendary lev 29-30 is etr only at lev 30 if it's a epic would that not be at lev 28 ? Ty vm

Epic levels are indeed 20-30. WHich is why we need to get to level 30 now in order to Epic TR.

there is no "Legendary reincarnation" there are only legendary Quests.. which are 30+. NOT 29+ as he claimed.

there is no such thing as "Legendary levels"
there are only Legendary Quests.

sorry new to the in whole forum discussions and to actually look into it for communication about the game for the last 6 month's however been burnt before from lack of communication

with this imo and others that i quest with that do not do the forums would be better conceived if the leveling was more like this for the future
