I once argued with Borror0 that the DDO Wiki couldn't replace Turbine's own documents like the DDO Compendium.

I strongly believe that the DDO Wiki is the single most important thing about DDO, other than the game itself. In fact, I imagine that without the Wiki, the game would most likely have died, the servers long ago shutdown.

Each wiki page has a "This page has been accessed x times" at the very bottom. I assume someone could sort the pages using that metric.
