I think she's ML3. I think it even says that in the starter pack listing.

I vaguely remember a dev post saying something like they didn't want her summonable before level 3 because of new players not necessarily understanding that she can penalize their xp gains when she's higher level than them. For instance, if a new player was running level one quests on normal with Elieri and their character was level one or two, having Elieri (level 3 cleric) around would cause a -10% overlevel xp penalty.

Anyways, I understand that she's gold seal, so technically "should" be summonable earlier; but it's not like anybody needs an extra, overlevel hireling to get through the earliest level quests. I can understand being *disappointed* that you can't summon her when you're levels one or two, but *outraged*??? Mad as hell and you're not going to take it anymore??? That's, umm... baffling.
