as the title says.can you use both forms at the same time and if not which is Superior?

I'm not really sure what you're talking about. The only ascendance I can thing of is fvs capstone. Which would obviously be no, cause you'd have to have 20 fvs for that, and 18 warlock for the other. Maybe an ed I'm not thinking of??? Elaborate?

Yes these can all be used at the same time.

I always Eldritch Aura, Celestial Spirit, Aura of Courage, Aura of Menace and Angelic Presence on all the time.

The only time I run Ascendance and Astral Vibrance is when I use the reborn in light epic moment.

I find that despite the way it's worded, I randomly get spell point draining and neither Ascendance or Astral Vibrance are strong enough to bother with.
