I just bought the +2 Upgrade Tomes for PRR and MRR from the Remnant Vendor on my Monk - Lieuk.

His Total MRR did not go up from 50-51 as it should have done
His Total PRR did go up from 80-81.

He's currently wearing a Min Lvl 19 Guardian's Ring {+24 Sheltering} and a Min Lvl 21 Mysterious Cloak {+25 Insight to MRR}

Taking those off leaves him with 57 PRR and 2 MRR
Switching his Earth Stance and Meditation of War off leaves him with 2 PRR and 2 MRR.

Guardian's Ring is adding 24 to both for 81 and 26.
Mysterious Cloak for some reason is only adding 24 to MRR rather than the 25 it states {Total 50}.


Either the 2nd Inherant MRR is wrongly marked as Insight {the first isn't} or Mysterious Cloak is only giving 24.
