Well... I was changing my key-mapping 'cause I got a new mouse and accidentally I clear the left button of the mouse, so I can't change it back (I can't click anything)... is there a way to reset the key-map to default without enter in the game?

there should be an ini file that you can delete to reset stuff to defaults
there is - under [user]\Documents\Dungeons and Dragons Online
there is ddo.keymap
delete it and should automatically be recreated next launch.

For anyone else that comes across this, I had a similar problem, and double clicking seemed to work, so I was able to reassign it.
This could be if you don't want to lose all your other keybindings and don't have a backup.
