Tenser's Transformation: worth it?

Been working on a Tenser's Wiz/Art build, so I decided to do some dps calculations with Tenser's and without it on my EK Sorc. Only did 5 dummy kills each way, but the data was fairly cohesive, and averaging results found only a 6.86% increase in DPS from Tenser's.

This seems extremely low, especially for a teir 5. Is this a normal amount? Or am I missing something? Also, if anyone knows of a better way to format tables... please tell.

Generally speaking the difference between Tensor's and not would be in the BaB. BaB will increase your ability to hit as well as how many times you can attack in a small period of time.

Wizard is a 50% BaB progression
Artificer is a 75% BaB progression

So what is your BaB before Tensor's and what percentage increase does tensor's supply?

Next what weapon are you using? THF, TWF, SWF (runearm). This could also effect the speed at which you attack.

As for its value, keep in mind that many builds tweak and trade off for a 1% increase in DPS. Based on that 6%+ doesn't seem all that low.

Yes, I find it is worth it. Not every T5 enhancement improves dps, and a BAB increase is a nice improvement.

u got free tenser if u reach lv 11 wizard..there is no reason to choose EK t5,since beyond t3 its does almost nothing to ur defence/dps...although artificer T5 sux too..
