Store won't open in game...

Didn't see any announcements for downtime. Just getting blank black window when opening in game.

Tried logging out and back in to no avail.

Ditto. I've submitted SEVEN tickets over the last three weeks. I have this problem across two accounts on two different computers (my wife's account). They've not even so much as responded to my tickets. And now, I'm missing out on the Black Friday deals. I'm beside myself with anger.

I've tried all of the troubleshooting efforts that google has provided... nothing. Nada. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing.

They can pretty much count on me not playing anymore if they cannot rectify this situation. I have better things to do with my time than deal with lackluster customer service.

It timed out on one of my accounts and left me at a black screen. I logged out and back in and was able to use the store again.

I noticed today that is had hard time loading the Sales and Specials pages. Went south after I tried looking at those.

Logging out and back in worked for me, but not sure about what others may be exp.

Alt account 1 on Sarlona in Cannith Crafting Hall gets black screen and store won't load after 1st log in.

Alt account 2 on Sarlona in Hall of Heros gets black screen and store won't load after 1st log in.

Alt account 3 on Sarlona at Harbor mail box gets black screen and store won't load after 1st log in.

Alt account 4 on Sarlona at Harbor in Leaky Dingy gets black screen and store won't load after 1st log in.

*Alt account 5 on Sarlona on Guild Airship and store came up!

*Alt account 6 on Sarlona on same Guild Airship as alt 5 and store came up!

*Main account on Sarlona in Eveningstar and store came up!

All accounts are Premium, using same computer, and Comcast as my ISP

Re-logged into to alt account 1 in same location and now the store loads.

OK same locations and now I'm able to get tot he store on all accounts after re-logging the 1st 4.

I've never had an issue with awesoness, but it was all funky and hogging resources. Not sure if that is where the issue is, but my taks manager hasn't looked like this before. Also for the accounts that could not get the store to load, exiting game and re-launching worked.
